Submission for presentation and publication
- Participants are required to submit 3-4 pages extended abstract. The extended abstract will be published in the Scopus index Conference Proceedings of Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering" by Springer. An abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx only) format through our online submission system by 20 June 2025. A Microsoft Word template from Springer can be downloaded below to help in the preparation of the abstract.
Note:
**All authors should be aware that an abstract will be rejected without any further consideration if it is found that there is an in-compliance with the Springer typesetting format (including references)
**Please ensure Camera Ready Papers and the signed Contributor Agreement are submitted by 31 July 2025. Without both, articles cannot be included in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering.
