Please follow the guidelines below when preparing your presentation for the conference. All presenters are required to use the official PowerPoint template, which can be downloaded below.

1. Presentation Duration: Each presentation is allocated a maximum of 8 minutes, followed by a 4-minutes session for Questions & Answers (Q&A).
   
   
2. File Format: Your presentation file must be in .pptx or .pdf format.
   
   
3. On-Site Equipment: Please note that face-to-face presenters are NOT permitted to use their own computer or laptop. A computer/laptop will be provided by the event organizer.
   
   
4. Submission deadline : 23 September 2025 before 5 pm
   
   
5. Submission Method: Use the google form below to submit your slide presentation.

1. Oral presentation will be conducted in parallel sessions using Microsoft Team platform. Link will be shared later.
   
   
2. You can use MS PowerPoint to prepare the slide.
   
   
3. Please follow the instruction for oral preparation: All presentation should be prepared in English.
   
   
4. Maximum duration of the presentation is 8 minutes and 4 minutes for Questions & Answers (Q&A).
   
   
5. All presenter need to be ready 15 minutes before the allocated slot.
   
   
6. Video File Format: Please ensure your video is in .mp4 format.
